We heard the heartbeat for the first time today! Until now we had just seen a couple of ultra sounds. Hearing the little grunion was pretty cool and made everything seem real and surreal all at the same time. I also felt really good today. I had an appetite an everything! So far I've have zero appetite and eat only to keep the nausea at bay. I was also feeling pretty good because I've gained no weight so far. I celebrated by eating some ice cream, cheez-its and a cookie. Ok, maybe 2 or 3 cookies. :) It was only a few bites of ice cream and a couple cheez-its. Usually I would eat a million of all three, but lately just a little does the trick. Go figure!
Here is my 12 1/2 week photo. Again, the bare belly, though a tad embarrassing, is a better picture. I think I am definatly bigger than 4 weeks ago. The muscle lines are pretty much gone and so is the tan. :( Oh well, at least my butt is smaller.

You look beautiful! Congrats on hearing the heart beat. I looked forward to that at each appointment. It made all of the tiredness, sickness and just general bla-ness worth it.
You look great!! I hope that this possibly marks the end of the morning sickness for you. Yeah for hearing the heartbeat too!! That is always such an awesome first step to the rest of the pregnancy. Next step, feeling movement! That is so cool, let me tell ya!
